Curtain Wall Issues-President’s Comments

In addition to hearing Klein and Hoffman discuss their report, the Parkway Towers Board will explain why it voted to implement the sealant work noted in Option 1:  Curtain Wall Rehabilitation. K&H gave a cost estimate of $554,820.00.  Management suggested we can do it for around $400,000 and that was the amount approved in December2013.
